Olivia Lintz is a Dancer and Yoga + Pilates instructor from Chicago, Illinois. To support herself while studying Dance at Columbia College Chicago, she created & taught Dance Cardio Fitness classes at local studio. Her classes quickly became popular, and were featured in the online magazine “Pure Wow”. She recently got certified in “305 Fitness”, which is a body-positive Dance Fitness studio that was created in New York and is quickly spreading to other major cities. Olivia is excited to bring this body-positive dance movement to Velocity. Her goal in class is for each person to let go of their inhibitions & and leave class feeling liberated.
