Dance Cardio Fitness improves your cardiovascular endurance & strength while feeling like you’re in a music video or dance club. The easy-to-follow-along choreography is approachable for all levels and is meant to make you worry less about choreography and more about dancing like yourself. The class style is a fusion of Hip Hop, Jazz, Modern, West African, Ballet and Twerking (lots of twerking). Come as you are and sweat away the stress of the outside world.

Olivia Lintz

Olivia Lintz is a Dancer and Yoga + Pilates instructor from Chicago, Illinois. To support herself while studying Dance at Columbia College Chicago, she created & taught Dance Cardio Fitness classes at local studios. Her classes quickly became popular, and were featured in the online magazine “Pure Wow”.  Olivia is so excited to bring Dance Cardio Fitness to Velocity.
