Our gorgeously intimate Founders Theater is available to rent! Founders Theater is 2,400 square feet and features hardwood floors, mirrors & skylights. Our theater can accommodate approximately 96 audience members. The theater rental includes use of the entire Velocity space (the theater + 2 smaller studios), chairs, risers and sound system.

Velocity’s Founders Theater is available for performances with new rental packages to respond to your different performance needs.
Quick and Easy: $150 // 4 hours Low Risk!
Space: White box, black box or barebones + backstage area
Seating: Chairs & risers in any configuration
Technology: State-of-the-art Sound System, grand piano
*Use of theatrical lighting/access to the booth NOT included.
Sweet and Simple: $300// 5 hours

Technology: Projector, State-of-the-art Sound System, grand piano
Theatrical Lighting: Rep Plot only
Must hire Velocity’s Technical Director
$500 refundable damage deposit
The Works: $350/performance + $10/hour additional tech time

House Management / $50 per show
Let us deal with the risers, the chairs and the line at the door. We have a pool of Velocity trained House Managers who are ready to lend a hand and make your experience as a producer stress-free!
