ABOUT NIGHTLIGHT

NIGHTLIGHT is a seasonal performance ritual + dance party inspired by full moon feelings and the need to come together when and how we can. Artist curators Fox Whitney and Moonyeka invite a rotating group of featured artists to collaborate to create a performance experience and dance party event on or near full moon moments happening in the winter, spring, summer, and fall.

ABOUT CROW MOON

Spring is a time of possibility, hope, curiosity, new beginnings and emerging. For NIGHTLIGHT: Crow Moon happening March 18th at 8pm pacific online we will be dancing murmurations of embodiment and adorning ourselves in physical representations of qualities we want to carry into our year through the portal of the Spring Equinox.

We will experience an opening invocation through a ritual performance by Coley. Next Ylva will lead us through a ritual of adornment.

Bring adornments that awaken you to your sensuality, your rage, your wellness, your acceptance, your abundance, your honest relationship with self; whatever qualities you want to empower within yourself during this Spring Equinox.

Adornments can be clothes, lotion, jewelry, and are not limited to those worn by your body. You can adorn your room, your bed, your altar as well.

Following this ritual of adornment Coley will lead us in a ritual of murmurations meant to call these qualities forward and into our bodies. Murmurations are meant to slow us down and focus our attention to the ways we wish to embody these qualities; witnessing each other in this process. You are welcome to be with yourself and your space in any way you feel comfortable.

We look forward to celebrating this threshold of awakening with you!
